The property is ideally situated to act as a gateway to the Gower, an area of outstanding natural beauty and a prime destination for outdoor enthusiasts. With its beautiful sandy beaches, rugged coastline, and picturesque villages, the Gower offers a wealth of activities, such as surfing, hiking, cycling, and birdwatching. The property's location also provides easy access to other nearby attractions, including Swansea Bay and Mumbles, both offering a range of shops, cafes, restaurants, and entertainment venues.
Hot Tub Fee £75 per stay. This is not included in the rate and will be charged to your card automatically within the 14 days of your booking.
Dog Supplement £60 per trip, maximum two dogs.

Please note
Before the booking begins, you will need to verify your details with Know Your Guest and there is an option to purchase a £40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
If you choose not to purchase the non-refundable waiver, we will charge a refundable £500 Security Deposit to the card you have booked with a few days before your arrival. This will be refunded once you have checked out, after the property has been cleaned and inspected.
Check-in is between 4pm-7pm. Please note, charges may apply to check-ins before and after this time. Late Check-ins must be arranged in advance with a minimum of 48 hours notice (£60 out of hours charge may apply). Early Check-ins will incur a £20 charge (subject to availability). Late Check-outs will incur a £10 per hour charge with a minimum of 24 hours notice (subject to availability).
Please Note: This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and notifies the host if it gets too loud.

As you enter the house, you'll immediately notice the spacious and bright hallway that leads you into the heart of the home. The ground floor features a living and dining room that is perfect for entertaining guests or spending quality time with family. The dining room has a vintage table that seats eight people comfortably, making it the ideal space to host dinner parties.

The kitchen leads into a large conservatory, which houses a large TV and seating area, which means even more space for the family gather! The ground floor also has a shower room and toilet.
The first-floor features four large bedrooms. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with high-quality furnishings and luxurious linens, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, large wardrobes, and large TV. The other bedrooms consist of a king bed, twin beds, and a small double bed, all with plenty of clothes storage. This floor also has a large family bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
The property also benefits from a large garden that is perfect for outdoor entertaining. The garden features a spacious patio area with outdoor seating, a barbecue area, and a hot tub, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Highmead is also pet friendly, so the garden is the perfect place for dogs!

The place has all the amenities you need including a fancy living area and a backyard with hot tub.
Conservatory was my favourite place to be.
