We accept bookings from two nights to 28 days.
Unless you make a non-refundable booking, you can cancel up to 14 days before the date of arrival. Bookings cancelled less than 14 days before check-in will incur a charge of 100% of the booking total.
We recommend you arrange travel insurance in case you need to cancel.
We provide a meet and greet service and will welcome you at your apartment, unless you require self check-in in which case we will provide details on your confirmation.
This information will be provided on check-in, and don't worry its easy.
Check-in is between 4pm-7pm. Please note, charges may apply to check-ins before and after this time. Late Check-ins must be arranged in advance with a minimum of 48 hours notice (£60 out of hours charge may apply). Early Check-ins will incur a £20 charge (subject to availability).
Check-out is by 10am. Late Check-outs will incur a £10 per hour charge with a minimum of 24 hours notice (subject to availability).
The Wi-Fi code can be found in your welcome pack and on the back of the router.
We offer complimentary parking where available. Please confirm we have one available when you book.
Not all apartments are accessible via a lift. Please contact us for more information.
As all our apartments are self-catering this is not a service we provide.
Typically each bedroom can sleep two people and there maybe an option to have a guest bed made up so a two-bedroom apartment can sleep up to five. Three-bedroom Penthouses can sleep 6, Four-bedroom Penthouses can sleep 6. However, please see each apartment's page or contact us for details before booking.
We provide complimentary shower gel, hand wash and body lotion.
In each apartment a welcome pack awaits you so that you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee on arrival along with a biscuit. Should you require further groceries for your arrival, please contact us in advance and we can shop for you (please note charges apply).
