To make life easier we have put the main points here to assist you in understanding the services offered by us to our Guests.
Bookings made by Guests are considered confirmed once you receive the confirmation invoice and / or receipt of payment. We will always attempt to assist where there are changes but we reserve the right to charge for these changes. Please check your paperwork thoroughly to make sure that everything is correct.
The following payment schedule is required
- Stays of 2 weeks or less 100% 14 Days before arrival.
- Stays of 2 to 6 weeks A deposit of 25% at the time of booking with all remainder due 14 days before occupation
- Stays of more than 6 weeks A deposit of 25% required at the time of booking and the remainder of the first 6 weeks due 30 days before occupation. Invoices will then be issued every 28 days for subsequent periods
Any bookings cancelled within 30 days of occupation will need to be paid in full.
We make every effort to ensure that all descriptions are as accurate as they can be. We are not responsible if facilities advertised are not available. We will always offer a reasonable alternative if we are required to make changes.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old and occupation numbers must be strictly adhered to. Any breach of this will allow us to terminate the service being provided immediately.
Check in is from 4pm, with standard check in being between 4pm and 7pm with check out by 10am. Any requirements outside of this need to be arranged in advance and may be subject to charge.
Just Stay Wales is committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. That is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest.
Know Your Guest is the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. We use them to independently verify our guests as well as collect a deposit or allow you to buy a damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
We will require a security deposit of £250-£750 depending on the accommodation upon taking occupancy. Any damages or losses, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions will be taken from your deposit. Damages in excess of this will be charged separately.
We cannot take responsibility for any theft or damage to personal property during your stay, please ensure that you have suitable insurance in place.
