Our modern serviced accommodation is close to Swansea University Bay Campus and a short walk from the city centre. If you are working in Swansea on a short or long term contract, moving to the city or taking a family holiday, our Mariners Walk Townhouse offer peace, space and tranquillity.
The three-bedroom serviced Townhouse provides spacious and modern accommodation over 3 floors with an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The Townhouse is ideal for those who enjoy being sociable and cooking.
Fitted with comfortable contemporary furnishings, the living area is equipped with a Smart TV and an Amazon Echo-dot that connects to Alexa allowing you to play music, read the news or even find out the weather.
One bedroom has a Super-king bed which can be made up as twin beds. The second bedroom has zip and link twin beds that can also be made as a super-king if required along with a guest bed enabling the room to be used as a triple. The third bedroom has one single bed and a guest bed that can be made in to a twin if needed. All bedrooms have wardrobes with plenty of drawers and storage space.
